30 days, no questions asked. If the book isn’t worth it to you, write within 30 days of your purchase and you get the full price back. No need to explain.
How to ask for your refund
Reply to your Gumroad receipt email, or write to ocultasupply@gmail.com from the address you bought with. You can also call +49 1522 9232 214. Tell us it’s a refund request. That’s all.
What happens next
We issue the refund through Gumroad, back to the card or PayPal account you paid with, including any sales tax you were charged. We do it as soon as we see your message. Your bank may take another five to ten business days to show it.
After the refund
Since there’s nothing to send back, we ask you to delete your copy of the book and the bonus pages.
After 30 days
If something went wrong with your download or your file, write to us any time and we’ll make it right.
If you live in the European Union
You have a statutory right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days. For digital content, that right ends once the download starts with your consent at checkout. Our 30-day guarantee applies regardless, so you lose nothing by it.
